Who Processes What: Nefesh Wellness LLP determines the purposes for which customer data is processed for Festivalwala's business. Shopify and other service providers may process data as necessary to provide their services under applicable terms and data-processing arrangements.

Data Collected: We may collect your name, address, email, phone number, order and purchase history, payment-transaction data, support communications, voluntarily submitted reviews or photos, and usage data generated through the store.

Payment Data: Third-party payment gateways process payments. We do not store card credentials, PINs, or OTPs.

Use of Data: We use data for order fulfilment, payment, delivery, returns, customer support, fraud prevention, security, service improvement, legal compliance, and necessary communications.

Shopify & Providers: Shopify provides the platform on which the store operates. Payment, delivery, support, and other service providers process data as necessary for their respective services under applicable terms.

Cookies: The store uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the store, maintain sessions, and support security. Available cookie or privacy controls apply as configured on the store at the relevant time.

Marketing: Promotional communications are sent only with consent or according to your stated preferences. You may opt out at any time. Transactional messages necessary to service an order are not optional.
