Our Story

Festivals brings joy and memories to all of us, whether its clothes you wore that day, the food, the planning, the travel from your city of residence to your far away home and the memories you have created while celebrating with your family.

Festivals are also a time to update your wardrobe; your attire becomes a visual expression of participation in the festival and enhances feelings of self-expression, what you wear influences our emotional well-being, mindset and performance

The charm of wearing new clothes, moving from regular office/casual wear to special traditional fashionable festive wear is a part of our cultural identity, heritage and craftmanship.

Traditional Indian ethnic wear celebrates Indian craftsmen labour, skill and beautiful craftmanship. when you adorn Indian traditional clothes, you honor and support these artisans.

We at Festivalwala.com are not building a fashion brand, we are just preserving, protecting our handicrafts that are disappearing one by one. We are choosing a contrarian path where what we make is limited and either by one or cluster of artisans and can be produced with integrity and being true to the craft.

When you buy from us, you are building a relationship with the artisan’s craft and choosing to wear what is true to your traditions, culture and rituals, limited to few numbers. We will not be flooding the market; We are in no rush to build a brand; we prefer a slower way. We are building real fashion relationships between you and the artisans.

Festivalwala.com will not be selling more, we will not be doing limited edition, we will always stay small on purpose. When you buy from us because we will always offer limited choices because we will offer because we want to stay true to our craft because that’s the reason, we exist.

Made in small numbers, limited by design.
